Delicious Italian

Regular restaurant for at least 20 years. Consistently high quality. Even in Corona times everything is done right here.

It's okay. Not the most fantastic Italian I've had, and little pricey for what it is. However, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely ambiance, great food

Delicious food and nice service but should you really pay € 21 for three eggs, a supposedly double serving of veg (which is just a normal portion) and 8 small pieces of potatoes ??

No design price for the interior, but very friendly service, the Tagliolini with truffle were not drowned in sauce and had adequate truffles. At the table we could talk well. Good for a nice evening.

We are happy to celebrate our Christmas party with you. Great atmosphere. Delicious food and service is very friendly and attentive.

Excellent food, not so good service

This restaurant has the potential to become my next favorite restaurant. The inn is super easy to reach! The convenient transport links make a jaunt there quickly possible. I usually did not want to share the dessert with my sister anymore. We all learned something from it and will each order a dessert at the next visit. Great great and nice service. I think all the staff did a great job there.

Great steaks

A nice restaurant near the highway and a bit out of town. Here you can also sit very nicely on the terrace. The parking situation is sometimes a challenge when the hotel or restaurant is very busy. The food is good and the service was nice too.

Ambience good, the food was acceptable, but I did not find the selection so terrific. Much different meat dishes, a few pizzas and not really standard pizzas on offer for those who come along

We only had dinner yesterday evening (salads and calamari - food was average, nothing special) but we came back today to enjoy some wine and beer at the terrace. We came around 18.30, almost no people and few reservations outside. We were welcomed by the ITALIAN OWNER so we asked for a table for two on the terrace. He told us, it’s reserved, but he can seat us for one hour. We added that it is gonna be enough, as we just wanted to have some drinks. He actually kicked us out and told us, that terrace is for dining only. He added that we can take the drinks over to the smoking court which is beside the entrance to Best Western hotel. This behavior was very inappropriate and definitely disrespectful and unprofessional. The only advantage of this restaurant is close proximity to the hotel, as there is no restaurant in the hotel, otherwise it is NOT worth visiting. Neither the mediocre food or arrogant owner!

Real Italian pizza and pasta. A bit far from the center but recommendable

The food here was fresh and tasty, the prices seemed appropriate. There were four of us here and ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta dish. Since these were filled noodles, which according to experience are often served in rather small portions, I was not very surprised, but it would have liked to be something more. The pizzas, on the other hand, had a very good size to satisfy. The service was fast and friendly, the atmosphere inviting. In addition, the sanitary facilities were in good condition and clean.

Food nice but service was shocking because it was just me and not a group so i was not really given any recommendations. And i was overcharged compared to menu price. Silly i know but it just seemed i was a nuisance. The thing is i was so keen to enjoy myself and eat and drink a lot....but they were not interested in my money. In the hospitality industry everyone counts so rather go with a group then you will be looked after!

Absolute insider tip in Göttingen! Something for everyone: from starters to pasta, pizza, fish, meat to desserts or coffee specialties. The preparation is usually quick and the service is very friendly. The food is of course fantastic in terms of taste and I would describe the prices as moderate (normal restaurant prices). The lunch menu (Monday-Friday 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm) is also highly recommended. All meals can also be taken away or picked up (NO delivery!). The restaurant offers enough space for larger parties, e.g. birthdays or company celebrations. There is usually no need to reserve for lunch. In the evening, however, it is usually advisable to make a reservation as it can get crowded. In summer, when the weather is nice, the terrace is also highly recommended. Five stars from me! *****

It's a bit stale, food seems half arsed but consistent. Decidedly average.

Very attentive staff. Food was excellent. Restricted by food intolerances, I rely on vegan dishes. They adjusted to me and served me a vegan appetizer plate. Delicious, since I also have to live gluten-free, I can't do anything with normal pasta and Co.

Overrated. I did not like the place, tables and decorations. The food is good but it's overrated.

Since the restaurant is located in the Best Western hotel, I expected generic fare at high prices. However, a good friend of mine highly recommended this place and so I tried it. The food was fantastic.
